About
Synergy Embodied Hypnotherapy is an advanced training for practitioners seeking to deepen their ability to facilitate healing through direct experience, embodiment, and action. In this context, embodied means making internal experiences tangible and perceptible so they can be more fully experienced, processed, and integrated. Drawing from hypnotherapy, somatic approaches, experiential psychotherapy, role enactment, and symbolic interventions, participants will learn methods that engage healing through the body, senses, movement, and relationship. While adaptable for individual sessions, this training primarily focuses on group applications. Participants will learn to facilitate embodied and externalized experiences during hypnosis and regression work while incorporating movement, props, symbolic enactment, and somatic interventions into their practice. Participants will explore: Somatic interventions for emotional processing and nervous system regulation Embodied regression techniques Symbolic and metaphorical enactment during trance Therapeutic use of props and objects Group action methods and role assignments Sensory enhancement through sound, movement, and environment Completion of unfinished protective responses Corrective emotional experiences through embodied interaction Adapting group methods for individual sessions Ethics, safety, and trauma-informed facilitation This highly experiential training emphasizes participation over lecture. Attendees will engage as clients, facilitators, role players, and observers, learning through direct experience, practice, reflection, and group process. Discover new ways of making the subconscious concrete, perceptible, and healable. CEU approval pending.
