Synergy Hypno Foundations Training

The Synergy Hypno Foundations Training is a transformational education and certification program designed to support you in becoming a confident, ethical, and effective Transformational Hypnosis & Subconscious Integration Practitioner, while also guiding you through your own journey of growth, awareness, and integration. This training covers the core foundations of hypnosis-based self-development and subconscious work, including safe inductions, deepeners, subconscious re-patterning, regression-style exploration, and integrative methods that support lasting personal and client transformation. Emphasis is placed on trauma-aware, nervous-system-informed, and ethically grounded facilitation. Students learn how to create safe, supportive environments for individuals and groups, maintain professional and energetic boundaries, and apply ethical frameworks while guiding subconscious and integrative processes. The program also supports students in laying the foundation for a professional practice within the scope of non-licensed, educational, and self-development services. This training is ideal for those new to hypnosis as well as wellness practitioners, coaches, and facilitators seeking to expand their skill set. Through live instruction, supervised practice, experiential learning, and peer connection, students build both technical confidence and embodied presence. Graduates receive certification through an internationally recognized hypnosis training pathway and are equipped to guide others with clarity, compassion, and confidence as Transformational Hypnosis & Subconscious Integration Practitioners. This program is educational and self-development focused and does not qualify graduates to diagnose, treat, or replace licensed medical or mental health care.
